Information Gathered

Personal Information

ProGenaCell does not collect any personal information from a visitor to its site unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides it. Under no circumstances does ProGenaCell collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or sex life.

ProGenaCell gather no information by simply browsing its web site.

There is only one way in which a visitor may explicitly and intentionally provide ProGenaCell with and consent to our collection of certain personal and medical information:

Your Decision to Place an Order for our manufacturer's individually prepared Live cellular Transplants or other Live cellular Therapies

If you choose to place an order for manufacturing of our individually prepared cellular transplants, or other therapeutics of biologic nature, ProGenaCell will consider you a prospective client only after you have provide us with a physician's prescription for the same, or alternatively a medical summary of all your diseases(s) and of your overall medical condition, at which ProGenaCell advise if you are or are not a candidate for cellular transplantation, or other type of biological therapy. Regardless, you will have a qualified physician familiar with cellular transplantation carry out the implantation of your cellular transplants.

In certain clinical situations we may inform you that your medical status positions you in a 'gray zone, because there has not been a sufficient experience with cellular transplantation as a treatment of your particular illness (es), but it still would be worthwhile for you to try such treatment, as the risk/benefit ratio is clearly in favor of cellular transplantation.

In your medical summary, ProGenaCell does require patient's name (CODED), date of birth, sex, address, phone number, e-mail address. In case that a client would authorize ProGenaCell in writing to deliver cellular transplants to his/her physician, then we would require physician's name, address, phone number, and E-mail address.
